Please read this agreement carefully. By submitting the application form or linking to the My Cassa System site, you are bound to the terms set out in this document.

1. Definitions

• 1.1 "Site": My Cassa System located at https://mycassasystem.com.
• 1.2 "Customer": Any business/person who enters via your Tracker and completes a purchase.
• 1.3 "Tracker": Your unique affiliate URL provided for performance tracking.
• 1.4 "Net Revenue": Total sales minus refunds, taxes, and system administrative fees.

We offer two primary ways to earn. Your specific model is negotiated and confirmed upon account approval:

Crucial: Rights to Withhold Payment

My Cassa System Affiliates reserves the absolute right to NOT PAY and terminate accounts immediately if:

• We detect "Self-Referral" (signing up using your own link).
• Spamming via email, social media, or unauthorized messaging platforms is detected.
• Fraudulent traffic or "Cookie Stuffing" is used to manipulate the system.
• Bidding on branded keywords like "My Cassa System" or "MCS" on search engines.

4. Payments

• 4.1 Minimum Payout: The minimum threshold is €300. Balances below this roll over.
• 4.2 Schedule: Payments are processed by the 15th of each month for the previous month's earnings.
• 4.3 Chargebacks: Any refunds or chargebacks will be deducted from your earnings.

5. Termination

This agreement is continuous until terminated by either party. Upon termination, you must remove all MCS banners and links. If termination is due to a breach of these rules, all outstanding commissions are forfeited.
